Shipping & Returns Information
Where do you deliver to?
Mozzigear Singapore are based in Singapore and only deliver locally in Singapore. We deliver all items from our Singapore warehouse.
Do you ship to PO BOX?
To ensure your orders arrive safely we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please choose a residential or office address to which we can ship your order.
What Delivery Methods do you have available?
All Mozzigear deliveries are via courier.
The courier that we generally use in Singapore is Courex.
Cash On Delivery is available for a small charge of $1.00.
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been collected by the courier.
How long will delivery take?
We try and send out all orders within three working days of receiving them. During periods of peak demand, it may take slightly longer.
You will be notified once your goods are despatched.
How much does delivery cost?
For Singapore deliveries
• For orders less than $30 (after discounts) - $6.00
• For orders greater than $30 (after discounts) - FREE
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
For deliveries within Singapore, please contact us by clicking HERE and please quote your order number.
Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
If you are using a courier and they have attempted to deliver your order but you were not present to receive it, they will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Courex re-deliveries can be booked online HERE.
If the courier is unable to reach you after two delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our offices and a re-delivery fee of $6.00 would be payable.
Do you deliver to remote areas?
Mozzigear Singapore reserves the right not to deliver to areas considered remote or requires:
- Security pass/clearance
- Safety briefing
- Donning of safety gear

Can I collect my order directly from Mozzigear?
Your may collect your item from our warehouse. Please wait until you are advised your goods are ready to collect. It is located at:
4 Changi South Lane
Nan Wah Building #07-02 (Courex)
What is the return and exchange policy?
For defective or incorrect items, we have a 10-day return policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
2. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
3. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you changed your mind about a product.
4. This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable.
For returns, please contact us by clicking HERE with your order number and information on the affected item. Returned items must meet the requirements above.
Full refunds are only offered on a case-by-case basis.
Items that are Out of Stock will always be refunded in full.
What do I do if I encountered allergic reactions?
Mozzigear products are specially selected to minimise any adverse reactions. If you have experienced an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description of what occurred by clicking HERE. Mozzigear will investigate this immediately and help find an appropriate solution. Please note, issues must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the item.
